The heating unit warms up the water to your desired temperature in increments of 1 degree until you find the perfect temperature of the heated mattress pad for your sleep. With an optional feature of the bed warmer, you can control the temperature of both the left and right sides independently and without a second heating unit.

The heating unit has a quiet motor that circulates hot water through a tube inside your mattress topper. The heat from the water warms up your entire bed evenly so there are no cold or extremely hot spots.
