CCPA/CPRA Privacy Notice (California Residents)

This supplements Navien OptiSleep’s Privacy Policy and applies to California residents. Navien OptiSleep (“we”) complies with CCPA as amended by CPRA.

IV. Automated Processing Disclosure

Navien OptiSleep uses automated processing in connection with certain optional application features, including Navien Sphere for Sleep and Navien Mate, to adjust product settings (such as temperature) based on inferred sleep patterns. These processes are designed to enhance user comfort and functionality and are not used to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

V. Retention of Personal Information

Personal information collected through optional application features such as Navien Sphere for Sleep and Navien Mate is retained until service termination or withdrawal of consent, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Certain information may be retained longer where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): Global Privacy Control signals are automatically honored where required by law.
