This supplements NavienMate's Privacy Policy and applies to Colorado residents. NavienMate complies with Colorado's Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
I. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
Identifiers (device ID), commercial information (bed warmer orders), internet activity (app usage), geolocation data (delivery GPS, app geofencing).
II. SOURCES OF PERSONAL DATA
Directly from you (checkout forms), indirectly via cookies, third-party vendors (Shopify Payments), NavienMate iOS/Android apps (device ID, push tokens).
III. BUSINESS PURPOSES
E-commerce processing, shipping, customer service, marketing communications.
IV. THIRD PARTIES
Payment processors, shipping carriers, marketing services.
V. RETENTION
Order records as required for warranty/tax compliance, customer service inquiries post-resolution, legal holds.

Access, correct, delete, portability, opt-out of targeted advertising/profiling, appeal, non-discrimination.

VII. 2025 CPA AMENDMENTS
NavienMate complies with Colorado Privacy Act amendments effective 2025:
  • Biometric identifiers: Prior consent required before collection. Retention limited to stated purpose + 1 year post-purpose.
  • Minors under 18: Opt-in parental consent required for targeted advertising or data sales.
  • Global Privacy Control: GPC signals automatically honored for opt-out requests.
