Warranty Terms

  • Coverage begins on the date of purchase. If the purchase date cannot be verified, coverage begins six (6) months after the date of manufacture.
  • Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
  • Product warranty registration at navienoptisleep.com is required to validate warranty service.
  • Care+ extends coverage duration only and does not expand the scope of covered defects.

What Is Not Covered

  • Damages caused by accident, negligence, or misuse
  • Use on improper voltage or current
  • Use contrary to operating instructions
  • Disassembly, repair, or alteration by anyone other than Navien, Inc. or its authorized representative
  • Modification to alter functionality or capability
  • Acts of God (fire, flood, hurricane, tornado)
  • Damage from improper storage
  • Exposure to extreme heat or cold
  • Exposure to liquids, smoke, or other damaging substances
  • Products purchased from unauthorized distributors
  • Normal wear of parts
